For purchases made in-store at our brick & mortar location at 3957 Main Street in Vancouver, BC. all sales are final. 

Online Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we offer an exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving your items. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. The value of the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping. Items returned must be in the same packaging with tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received. All handbags and sale items are final sale.
