Final Sale Items
All bags, jewelry, sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.
Any purchases made with partial or full store credit amounts are also considered FINAL SALE.
Returns for Full-Priced Clothing and Shoes
For full-priced clothing and shoes, we are happy to offer returns within 15 days of receiving your item.
We can provide you with store credit or an exchange for the returned item(s).
Conditions for Returns
The cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the return shipping expenses must be covered by the shipper.
The value of the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received them.
