Refund policy

Our inventory is sold as-is. All sales are final. We don't offer returns or exchanges except in the case below.

When we'll make it right
If an item arrives materially different from its listing (such as the wrong item or damage we didn't disclose) email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shamelessresale.com with photos and your order number. We'll sort it out.

New With Tags items
Pieces listed as "New With Tags" are unworn with their original tags. These are final sale too.

Sizing
Please check sizing before you buy. We can't take returns for fit. If you're unsure, ask first.

European Union and United Kingdom orders
If your order ships to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, as required by law. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
