Shipping policy

Flat-rate shipping with tracking on every order. We ship across Canada and the US, and to lots of places beyond - wherever you are, there's a good chance we can get it to you.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Anything placed on a weekend or holiday goes out the next business day. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Canada & USA
We ship across Canada and the United States, with full tracking on every order.

Standard Shipping (Canada): 2-10 business days
Standard Shipping (USA): 5-14 business days

International Shipping
We ship internationally too, with tracking on every order. Delivery times vary by destination, but usually land around 10–21 business days. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us at hello@shamelessresale.com and we'll let you know if we can make it work.

Please Note: customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country on delivery. Those aren't included in your order total.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Give it 24-48 hours to start updating.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package goes missing or shows up damaged, email us at hello@shamelessresale.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
